Every OAKTOPUS piece is made to order in Anna, Texas. Custom hats leave our shop within 48 hours; shirts and tumblers typically ship within 2–4 business days.
US orders arrive in about 3–7 business days after shipping. Flat $5.50 US shipping — and free shipping when you buy 3 or more hats! Custom orders over $60 ship free too.
International orders are shipped on request — contact us for a quote before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right — replacement or refund.
Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, personalized orders (hat builder, custom text, patches) can't be returned unless they're defective.
For eligible returns, items must be unworn and unwashed in original condition.
Custom hats are crafted by hand — colors may vary slightly from photos. We use premium blanks and add our own label, so what you get is built to last.
Payments are processed securely by Square. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
